    Try a set today and transform that old "underdog" into a champion!

    Our HS-SX-1 Tire Series are a Perfect Fit for the Scalextric ® NASCAR ® Cars. They are exactly scaled "12:00 X 15" replacements for these cars. They will also fit any .475" diameter wheels having .087" - .094" or wider center ribs. [ 12.07mm X 2.22 mm X 2.40mm ]

    Available in Three ( 3 ) Rubber Compounds:

    • HS-SX1-S = Soft
    • HS-SX1-M = Medium
    • HS-SX1-H = Hard

  • For most of the FLY and NINCO GT-1 Cars!

      These are "up next"... They'll have the cool "HOT-SHOES" Printed-On Graphics on one side only.

      Our HS-GT-1 Tire Series are going to be a real hit with you guys with interests in the popular "LeMans" type of GT cars. Expect these to fit the FLY Corvette, Porsche GT1 and Joest Porsches, and the Ninco Mercedes CLK and BMW.

      They should also work on any .590" diameter X .430" wide wheels having .240" Center Ribs. [ 15.0 mm X 10.9 mm X 6.1 mm ]

  • Fronts and Rears for the Scalextrics F-1 Cars!
      • We've a good many of these models in our personal collection, many still new in their boxes, and as they age, most of their tires have split open, rendering the cars useless. Both from a racers viewpoint, and from a collector's viewpoint.

      That's all going to change real soon! Immediately after the GT-1 tires, these will follow.

    • SCALE APPEARANCE!

      Sidewalls on real tires are never straight up and down. They bulge outwards because there's AIR in side 'em, right? So besides having the same prodigious "Grip" of other HOT-SHOES, our tires will LOOK RIGHT too!

      Of course we just can't resist putting the cool "HOT-SHOES" along with the proper tire sizes on one side of them. The opposite side will have a properly scaled "Goodyear" Logo along with the tire size.

  • FRONTS & REARS TO BE PRODUCED!

      Our personal models have bad tires on both ends. And since these new HOT-SHOES are going to have a "Scale Appearance", it wouldn't do for us to just change out the rears, even if the fronts were OK. . .

      So hang in there! We're hoping for delivery some time in early January.


    • A few "notes" on tire compounds and suitability. . .

      Generally speaking, the "softer" the rubber compound, the "stickier" the tire will be. But maximum "stick" may not suit your driving style or all track conditions as it tends to make the car less forgiving. We suggest you try all three until you settle on one that suits you best.
